Carnegie Diner & Café Announces Return of Fan-Favorite 24-Layer Chocolate Cake-Eating Contest at Tas
Carnegie Diner & Café is thrilled to announce the return of its wildly popular 24-layer Chocolate Cake-Eating Contest as part of the upcoming Taste of Vienna, taking place at 400 Center St. S on Saturday, April 25. Building on the success of last year’s debut, this year’s competition will feature 8–10 contestants going head-to-head in a fast-paced, no-holds-barred cake showdown that’s sure to delight festivalgoers.Participants will compete for an exciting lineup of prizes, including a $1,000 Carnegie Diner gift card and $500 cash for first place, along with a “bragging rights” T-shirt. Second- and third-place winners will receive gift cards valued at $350 and $150, respectively, plus T-shirts. All contestants will also receive a $100 gift card and an event T-shirt, making it a rewarding experience for everyone. Those interested in competing can sign up via the official registration link by April 10.
