35th Annual Rockville Science Day: April 26, 2026 at Montgomery College, Rockville, MD
Rockville Science Day Marks 35 Years of Discovery and Innovation: The Rockville Science Center will hold its 35th Annual Rockville Science Day on Sunday, April 26th, noon - 5:00 pm, at Montgomery College’s Rockville Campus. What began as a community tradition more than three decades ago has grown into Montgomery County's largest STEM festival, drawing more than 4,000 visitors and 120 exhibitors from across the region each year.
Rockville Science Day offers families and science enthusiasts of all ages the chance to dive into interactive exhibits spanning robotics, environmental science, medicine, chemistry and beyond. Attendees can build and launch rockets, peer through telescopes, meet live reptiles, explore electric vehicles, tackle coding challenges and conduct chemistry experiments. Other exhibits include stream science, archaeology mini-digs, 3D printing and math games.
The event is free to attend and parking is free. Food will be available for purchase. The festival takes place rain or shine.
