Butterfly Walk Willowsford Conservancy
Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy is offering four butterfly walks at scattered locations this summer. We’ll stroll along pathways at Sweet Run State Park, Willowsford Conservancy Wetland, and Banshee Reeks Nature Preserve, scout high and low for these sometimes elusive insects, and learn a little about their natural histories. These gentle walks are family friendly and last about 2 hours. Registration required: Sign Up Online.Meet at the Farm Stand. The wetland and adjacent farmland make this an ideal place to find a wide variety of butterflies. The Farm Stand is located at 23595 Founders Drive, Brambleton.
