Steamin Day at Auburn Heights
Climb aboard antique automobiles powered by steam, gas, and electricity, ride the Auburn Valley Railroad’s 1/8-scale live steam trains, explore the museum’s world-renowned collection of Stanley steam cars, and enjoy interactive exhibits and kids’ activities throughout the day. Visitors can also watch a live steam car firing-up demonstration and, for an additional fee, tour the beautifully preserved 1897 Auburn Heights Mansion, home to three generations of the Marshall family.
Steamin’ Days offers a unique opportunity to experience early transportation technology in motion while enjoying the scenic grounds of Auburn Heights. Food vendors, vintage popcorn, train rides, and historic vehicles make this one of the region’s most memorable summer and fall traditions.
Steamin’ Days takes place from 12:30–4:30 p.m. on the first Sunday of the month, June through November. Advance tickets are not required.
