Learn decorating skills to create a summer beach cake with Sue from Let's Cake Decorate
at The Local Artizan in the Solomon Pond Mall in Marlborough, MA, located on the first floor next to Old Navy.
This event is either for an adult to register singly, or an adult and child (recommended age 8+) can work together on 1 cake. No charge for child if working together on 1 cake, but if you both want to decorate your own cake then you both will need to register.
Class will go for approx. 2 hours. No experience is necessary. Step-by-step instructions with skills and techniques taught. You will level, torte, fill, and ice a cake with ombre blues, then pipe seaweed and coral around the cake. Premade white chocolate seashells will be provided, along with a plastic beach chair and plastic palm tree to embellish the top of your cake.
All supplies will be provided with the use of Sue's decorating tools and an apron during class.
You will be supplied with a 6" cake and a carrying box.
