Conceived as a true culinary exchange, the seven-course menu is shaped jointly by Chef Lundgaard and Lutie’s, uniting Nordic precision with the bold character of Texas terroir. The collaborative menu reflects Kong Hans Kælder’s signature style: classical French foundations layered with modern Scandinavian influence, thoughtful restraint and an emphasis on pristine ingredients and precise execution.
