With over 30 local vendors, nostalgic activities, yearbook photos, raffle prizes, book-themed tattoos, and other fun surprises, you'll want to book this on your calendar. And the best part, proceeds benefits Austin nonprofit BookSpring.
BookSpring brings no-cost, high-interest books directly into the hands of families, especially those in under-resourced communities. Their mission is “To ignite a love of reading by engaging young children in under-resourced areas of Texas with no-cost, high-interest books and literacy programming that supports family-focused learning.” Since 1974, BookSpring has provided over 233,000 books to over 129,000 children.
