Philharmonie Austin Chorus - Hear My Prayer
Philharmonie Austin Chorus performs Motets for Lent and Passion, an evening of sacred choral masterworks spanning four centuries of devotional music. This thoughtfully curated program for the Lenten season features timeless works from Bruckner's luminous Locus iste to Bach's monumental Jesu, meine Freude, alongside compositions by Purcell, Brahms, Barber, and Poulenc that explore themes of prayer, redemption, and eternal life.
