Couples Connection Workshop
Couples looking to reconnect and strengthen communication are invited to a free 75-minute Couples Connection Workshop at the Greater Austin YMCA’s TownLake YMCA on Sunday, April 26 from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m. Led by a licensed marriage and family therapist, the workshop will offer practical tools to help couples build emotional awareness, establish healthier communication patterns and navigate conflict in constructive ways. Open to the community, the session also provides an opportunity to connect with other couples who may be navigating similar experiences in a supportive setting.
