ISOKAN: Afro Cuban Folkloric Dance, Drumming, and Song

Song Class: 8:30 - 9:30 AM
Class will take place in the Choir Room inside the Performing Arts Building (PAC 8). Learn to sing songs in various traditions such as Lokumi, Rumba, and more.
Percussion Class: 9:30 - 10:30 AM
Class will take place in the Choir Room inside the Performing Arts Building (PAC 8). Play percussion instruments in various afro Cuban folkloric styles. Learn to play congas, chekere, clave, and more.
Dance Class: 11:00 - 12:30 PM
Dance class will take place in Gym 202. The dance class will feature various styles of afro Cuban folkloric dance and will be accompanied with live drumming.
ISOKAN Performance: 7:00 PM
