Join us at Pilot Brewing for a one-night-only Beer Dinner with Edwin’s Organix — a guided, multi-course experience led by Pilot Brewing Owner & Advanced Cicerone Rachael Hudson and Chef Edwin Cruz.
This 5-beer, 4-course dinner is designed to slow things down and savor what happens when thoughtful food meets intentional beer. Pairings will be revealed throughout the evening, with stories, context, and plenty of room to ask questions (or just enjoy the ride).
Taking place the day after Valentine’s Day, this is the perfect way to celebrate love, friendship, or simply a really good night out — no roses required.

Dessert Capirotada — Mexican bread pudding topped with house-made rompope ice cream, cotija cheese, and piloncillo syrup
