For the Love of Beer: A Valentine's Beer Dinner
Join us at Pilot Brewing for a one-night-only Beer Dinner with Edwin’s Organix — a guided, multi-course experience led by Pilot Brewing Owner & Advanced Cicerone Rachael Hudson and Chef Edwin Cruz.
This 5-beer, 4-course dinner is designed to slow things down and savor what happens when thoughtful food meets intentional beer. Pairings will be revealed throughout the evening, with stories, context, and plenty of room to ask questions (or just enjoy the ride).
Taking place the day after Valentine’s Day, this is the perfect way to celebrate love, friendship, or simply a really good night out — no roses required.

Appetizer Shrimp Aguachile Nikkei Tostada
Salad Winter Salad with radicchio, watermelon radish, beets, and nuts, finished with anchovy lemon breadcrumbs and a house-made Caesar dressing
Main Course Short rib in adobo sauce, served with rice and homemade tortillas
Dessert Capirotada — Mexican bread pudding topped with house-made rompope ice cream, cotija cheese, and piloncillo syrup
