This Event has Passed
This one-night celebration will feature curated tasting stations throughout the venue, each honoring a different Latin American country. Guests can enjoy a menu by Executive Chef Carlos Garza, plus immersive experiences like roaming samba dancers, DJs, machete performers, exotic birds, and more.
Additional Offerings Year-Round:
• Komal at Carnivale: A 6-seat live Latin omakase chef's table experience, Thursdays–Saturdays by reservation via Tock.
• Carnivale Around the World: Monthly prix fixe menus spotlighting Latin culinary traditions, available with main dining reservations.
• The Alley at Carnivale: Secret speakeasy events with music, magic, and storytelling. Upcoming: John Vincent on August 7 and “Listen Up!” storytelling night on July 23.
• Weekly Specials:
o Tuesdays: Tacos & Tequila, $16 taco flights and margaritas (4:30–10 PM)
o Wednesdays: Rhythm & Rum in the Rumba Lounge with DJ and cocktails (7–10 PM)
