Highlights include a Crab Louie Salad with crisp gem lettuce, asparagus, green chickpeas and green goddess remoulade, alongside a hearty Breakfast Bowl featuring a sunny-side egg over sticky rice, bok choy and shiitake — brought together with a butternut-coconut curry and fresh garden herbs (plus optional protein add-ons of crab, salmon or steak). Those seeking a sweeter start can turn to the Mixed Berry & Rhubarb French Toast, layered with bright spring berries and finished with verbena cream, rich cajeta and maple syrup. From the bakery, Pastry Chef Josephine Le Bozec adds a playful seasonal touch with Monkey Bread topped with mini chocolate eggs, alongside Eden’s Handcrafted Peeps, packaged in a gift-ready box of three and offering a whimsical, from-scratch take on the nostalgic Easter classic.
