Commemorating the reveal of its updated, vibrant interior and enhanced fan experience, Potbelly is hosting a one-day-only celebration packed with craveable food, games, and an opportunity to win free Potbelly for a year—limited to the first 50 fans in line on April 8, 2026. As part of the celebration, college and high school students in Evanston can also take advantage of an exclusive 15% discount by showing a valid student ID in-shop. The student discount is available from April 8th through April 12thonly at the Evanston location
