3rd Annual Bike Safety Carnival
Join us for the 3rd Annual Bike Safety Carnival at the Roos Center Outdoor Pavilion on May 30, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. This year we are bringing back bike decorating and our popular free helmet giveaway.
Riders can test their skills at the Bike Rodeo with Ride Illinois, get a free safety check for their bike, and learn about biking opportunities in the area. Discover the history and access points of the Illinois Prairie Path, one of America’s first Rails to Trails routes, explore community rides like Tour de Proviso. You can also cool off with a treat from Cool Truck Treats.
Registration is not required to attend, but it is required to receive a free helmet, and helmets are limited.
