Swissôtel Chicago's Iconic Santa Suite Returns with Global Market Magic

The magic of the holidays returns to Swissôtel Chicago as the iconic Santa Suite opens its doors for another unforgettable season, with tickets and bookings now available for the 2025 season. Now in its 12th year, the 41st-floor Presidential Suite will once again be reimagined as Santa’s Chicago home-away-from-the-North-Pole — this time with a festive twist inspired by holiday markets from around the world. For 2025, the Santa Suite presents Global Market Magic, where more than 15 dazzlingly decorated trees pay homage to holiday traditions from Chicago’s Sister Cities and the hometowns of Swissôtel Chicago’s very own colleagues. From Athens and Bogotá to Osaka and Lucerne, guests are invited to step into the 2,000-square-foot winter wonderland while taking a trip around the world without leaving the city. Holiday Offerings Swissôtel Chicago’s Santa Suite offers a variety of experiences throughout the holiday season, including private holiday gatherings, VIP visits with Santa, and festive overnight packages. Santa Days: Guests are invited to meet Santa in the Santa Suite while enjoying holiday treats and unlimited hot cocoa. Tickets are $60 per person, with children under two complimentary. Santa Days will be held on Friday, November 28 (Opening Day) from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday, December 12 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Reservations are available through Swissôtel Chicago’s Tock. Holiday Traditions: For guests seeking a more intimate visit with Santa in his Chicago home-away-from-the-North-Pole, private one-hour sessions are available for groups of up to 20 people.
