Wellness gets social. Launching this January, Wit & Well is our new monthly community series happening the last Thursday of every month. Curated for connection, creativity, and mental well-being, this gathering offers a refreshing way to unwind and meet like-minded souls. At our first event on January 29, you’re invited to hand in your phone, take a deep breath, and fully arrive. We’ll begin with intention setting and gentle introductions, flowing into guided breathwork that seamlessly transitions into a calming meditation. The experience closes with a supportive group circle—an opportunity to share, reflect, and connect—followed by spirit-free cocktails and nourishing light bites. This experience is thoughtfully guided by Katy Hanlon, a mentor and transformational coach who blends yoga, breathwork and meditation to help people break through limitations, build emotional resilience and live with clarity and purpose. Your ticket includes full programming, one complimentary spirit-free cocktail, and nourishing bites. After the event, we invite you to continue the evening with us on the Roof, where discounted drinks will be available—reservations encouraged.
