The Voice of Black Cincinnati is partnering with Valley Interfaith Community Resource Center and Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church to collect and distribute prom dresses and accessories for local youth.
This community-wide initiative is designed to support students facing financial barriers by providing free prom attire and accessories. Priority will be given to youth who are eligible for free or reduced lunch programs, SNAP, or Medicaid.
In addition to providing essential items, the drive aims to create an uplifting and confidence‐building experience for every student who attends. Organizers hope the event will ease financial stress for families while ensuring teens can fully participate in this important milestone. Community members are encouraged to spread the word so that as many eligible students as possible can benefit
