Youth Circus Extravaganza - A Fool Year, the Four Seasons Spectacular
When Steve Roenker and Jean St. John envisioned a youth circus program, they set out to create a professional showcase that would allow the students to experience the thrill of performing in front of an audience with full production values.
This is our 26th Youth Circus Extravaganza! Circus students have been practicing their skills, while the coaches and Circus Youth in Action team have been developing the theme and final production. Featuring Maypole unicycling, German wheel, diabolo, rola bola, hooping, and juggling.
Circus Youth in Action, our creative youth development program for teens, chooses the theme and brainstorms each year’s title and acts.
It lasts 90 minutes with an intermission. There are mats behind the ring curbs for children to sit up close.
