Ages 7-10 w/Adult Thursday, April 16th, 2026 | 5:30-7:30pm Learning knife skills at a young age fosters independence, empowers the cook and enhances safety by replacing fear with proper, controlled techniques. Mastering these techniques, as an adult or a young person, leads to more efficient cooking and better eating. With basic knife skills we’ll learn about the knife, knife cuts and cooking application. We’ll enjoy a roasted vegetable bowl with our knife cuts. Mary will demo a classic French vinaigrette Menu: Roasted Veggie Bowl with French Vinaigrette Baked Chicken Wings with Dip Skills You’ll Learn: Kitchen Safety Knife Skills Roasting Cooking Applications for Different Knife Cuts What you’ll take home: Eat what you’d like and take home the leftovers Recipes and instructions Take home the knife you learn with! More about this class: Class is for ages 7-10 accompanied by an adult – each adult can only have one child with them.
