Meal Prep Management: High-Protein (with Vegetarian Options)

Meal-Prepping is all the rage, and deservedly so! For busy, on-the-go folks, there’s a lot to be said for having a week’s worth of meals ready in advance. Chef Mona will teach you how she preps for her private clients, building high-protein meals for vegetarians or meat-eaters that are so delicious, you’ll forget they’re good for you. Choose one of these menu items, and one or more flavor profiles, to make 6 ready-to-eat (or freeze) prepped meals. Students will work in pairs, and everyone will take home 6 ready-to-eat (or freeze) prepped meals. Containers provided or bring your own. Menu items are: Chicken or Tofu with Bulgur Wheat Pilaf and Fresh Green Beans. Teams will also create one of these high-protein sauces and share with the whole class: Asian Ginger-Peanut, Jamaican Jerk, or Southwestern. Class is for students ages 16+, students work in pairs but make their own choices and take home 6 meals each! Please register by April 17th at noon.
