The Nervous System Reboot: Micro-Practices for Better Mood & Better Health

Led by Caryl Bailey, AGACNP-BC with TriHealth, this engaging and experiential session will focus on how the nervous system shapes, stress, energy, digestion, emotional balance and overall well-being. Participants will learn quick and accessible micro-practices that may be used anytime to downshift from the sense of being overwhelmed, lift out of burnout, and build long-term resilience. The class is designed to help attendees feel better in real time with tools that they can immediately put into practice.
