JESSIE "JETSKI" JOHNSON presented by Commonwealth Comedy Club
Jessie "Jetski" Johnson is a music school drop-out and trumpet player turned stand-up comedian from Arizona. She is a paid regular at the World Famous Comedy Store and performs at the Comedy Mothership in Austin. She was a full time cast member on two of the most popular comedy podcasts today: the Kill Tony Podcast and the Bad Friends Podcast with Andrew Santino and Bobby Lee. She has toured all over the world with Bad Friends, Anthony Jeselnik, Bert Kreisher and Whitney Cummings. She now hosts her own successful podcast called, Jet Fuel.

Paige Weldon is a comedian, writer and actor based in Los Angeles. You may know her stand-up from The Late Late Show with James Corden, Comedy Central Stand-Up Featuring, Don’t Tell Comedy or her albums from AST Records. As an actor, she can be seen recurring on the Paramount Network’s TV reboot of Heathers, Comedy Central’s Corporate, and various commercials. She also wrote an episode for Corporate’s third season called “The Importance of
Talking Sh*t by Oscar Wilde”.
Commonwealth Comedy Club is Cincinnati’s home for exquisitely curated live entertainment. Each week we bring you hilarious stand-up comedians, intimate concerts, unique theater productions, live podcast recordings, and so much more.
Commonwealth Comedy Club is housed in the recently renovated, historic former Tower Methodist Church, originally built in 1914. It is no longer a church! Rather, we have converted the purpose of this beautiful old building to bringing you exquisitely curated live entertainment. We have, however, gone to great lengths to preserve the original character of the building while updating for it’s new purpose. We retained all the original stained glass windows and custom-built, curved pews.
We have added a full concession stand with draft beer and wine, as well as a full bar. We partner with local Dayton, KY business Kate’s Catering for our prepared food options. We have added full lighting and sound systems, as well as a complete broadcast-quality video system for recording events and live podcasts. We are exclusively partnered with Third Rule Media to produce our recorded content.
