Paul Pennington brings both professional expertise and a deeply personal commitment to social justice. As Co-Director for Social Justice and Nonprofit Services at Journey Services, his work is grounded in creating more equitable systems and stronger communities.
That commitment is shaped by his own family. As a grandfather of seven, Paul has seen firsthand how inequities impact the next generation, whether through gender pay gaps, racial discrimination, or the challenges faced by LGBTQIA+ youth. These experiences fuel his passion for helping organizations operate ethically, responsibly, and in alignment with the values of equity and inclusion.
Paul believes in building a world where every individual, regardless of gender, ethnicity, or sexual orientation, has equal access to opportunity, dignity, and belonging.
