That commitment is shaped by his own family. As a grandfather of seven, Paul has seen firsthand how inequities impact the next generation, whether through gender pay gaps, racial discrimination, or the challenges faced by LGBTQIA+ youth. These experiences fuel his passion for helping organizations operate ethically, responsibly, and in alignment with the values of equity and inclusion.
