The 31st Annual Ohio Sacred Harp convention: NOT a performance! Folks who love to sing and who love harmony come together for a weekend of singing from the Sacred Harp songbook. This is egalitarian singing: the singers take turns leading the songs. We welcome anyone to stop by and listen, or borrow one of our loaner books and sing with us. No need to have a pretty or a trained voice. Friday evening: a presentation by the curator of the Sacred Harp Museum. Saturday and Sunday: much singing, punctuated by a giant potluck lunch. *NOTE* Sunday's singing will be at the Maple Ridge Lodge in Mt. Airy Forest, 3040 Westwood Northern Blvd.
