San Diego, California | Saturday, October 24, 2026 | 7 miles, 15 miles, 25 miles, 50 miles, 100 miles Join us for a scenic oceanfront ride at Bike the Coast, San Diego’s iconic cycling event, returning for its annual ride on Oct. 24, 2026. Participants of all ages and experience levels can enjoy a variety of courses along the beautiful Highway 101, with distances ranging from the 7 and 15-mile Family Rides to the 25, 50, and 100-mile courses that take cyclists through multiple iconic beach towns, including Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Solana Beach, and Del Mar. All courses finish at the Oceanside Pier, where participants are greeted with a lively finish festival. The post-ride celebration is open to the public, whether you're cheering on riders, spending the day by the ocean, or simply looking for some festival fun, all are welcome! Here you'll find local food and drinks, live music, and a beer garden hosted by BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, with proceeds benefiting Bike MS. Bike the Coast offers an unforgettable way to enjoy San Diego’s scenic waterfront, support a great cause, and celebrate cycling with friends, family, and the local community. Mechanical and SAG aid will also be available on course as well as SAG/aid stations. Free and safe bike parking is available just past the finish line. Benefitting the Community Bike the Coast supports Ride MS and the National MS Society, a leader in funding research, advocacy, and programs for those affected by multiple sclerosis. Proceeds from the post-ride beer garden, sponsored by BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, benefit Bike MS, which raises funds to advance research and provide support for people living with MS. Riders can also make additional donations to help the cause.
