Forest Bathing with Lilac Nature Connection
Despite the name, there’s no water involved; the “bathing” is about immersing yourself in the sights, sounds, and sensations of the forest. Rather than focusing on distance or identifying plants and wildlife, this experience invites you to slow down, awaken your senses, and be fully present in the moment. Through a series of flexible, guided invitations, we’ll wander together, noticing what the forest offers and connecting with one another along the way. We’ll close with light snacks and a chance to reflect on the experience.
Weather policy
Participant safety and comfort come first. We rarely cancel for weather and welcome most conditions that are suitable for outdoor immersion. However, programs may be cancelled, shortened, or modified if conditions make the activity unsafe or impractical, including but not limited to thunderstorms or lightning, heavy rain, high winds, extreme temperatures, poor air quality, hazardous ground or trail conditions, or guide illness. We will notify collaborators and participants as soon as possible, and, except in emergencies, no later than two hours before the scheduled start time. The guide also reserves the right to use their professional judgment to make decisions if other conditions arise that affect safety or the feasibility of the activity.
