Department of Environmental Services is developing a Climate Adaptation and Resilience Plan (CARP) that assesses the social and economic conditions of the and recommends policies strategies and programs to improve the resiliency of the counties human and environmental services. County residents can help to shape the priorities of the CARP and provide feedback on proposed policies and strategies.
