This yoga class is designed to address pelvic, hip, and low back pain. We’ll move slowly, set up in long-held stretches to relieve pain, bring in gentle massage, as well as a few strengthening poses. Yoga will be done seated, and on the floor; please bring a yoga mat and 2 blankets. This class pairs well with our upcoming class on Mar 11 - Essential Oils: Soothe Pelvic Pain!
Instructed by Melissa Kleehammer. Melissa has been a Certified Yoga Teacher since 2012 and infuses her classes with strength, balance, and mobility. Her focus is to share more ways for you to feel comfortable and confident in your body.
