To journal is to record experiences, ideas, reflections; it’s a way to express yourself, as well as a way to help your well-being. We journal for different reasons and there is a variety of journaling types to choose from. This is a monthly program where we can create with each other. If you’re new to it, we’ll help you get started. Already doing it? Come and keep it going. We’ll have some supplies, but feel free to bring your own.
