Christmas Brunch Buffet at Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach
The Christmas Brunch Buffet will be served on Thursday, December 25, 2025, from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the resort’s signature restaurant, SHOR American Seafood Grill, which will be adorned with holiday décor and filled with live music to enhance the celebratory atmosphere.
The menu will showcase seasonal favorites including made to order omelets and Benedicts, a carving station with rosemary and garlic lamb and slow roasted beef tenderloin, a chilled seafood display, artisan charcuterie, and sweet dishes such as pumpkin pie bread pudding French toast and tiramisu overnight chia oats.
The meal is $75 for adults and $25 for children, and complimentary for children under 5. Reservations are recommended and can be made by visiting opentable.com/ShorAmericanSeafoodGrill.
