Waves of Harmony Sound Bath Experience at GŪD Essence
GŪD Essence, the Black woman-owned cannabis and wellness brand founded by Jasmine Johnson, is hosting a monthly wellness event series at the new Clearwater location to educate the local community and spotlight small businesses. July will feature a special Waves of Harmony Sound Bath on Sunday, July 12, from 5 to 6 p.m.
The community is invited to step into a transformative sound bath experience designed to soothe the nervous system, calm the mind, and restore balance.
As the gentle vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and therapeutic instruments wash over attendees like ocean waves, they’ll be guided into a peaceful state where stress melts away and inner harmony can emerge. This experience invites attendees to reconnect, release energetic tension, and align the mind, body and spirit.
This experience is open to all levels and has no prerequisite experience. Admission includes mats and pillows, but attendees are welcome to bring their own.
