Each day students will learn new culinary skills and how to make some of their favorite main dishes. They will also learn critical team building skills by working together with a group to make a meal before sitting down to eat. Afterwards they will make a dessert to take home, and maybe even share it with you! All students will receive menu packets to take home each day so they can cook for you sometime! Water and lemonade provided.
Monday: Pizza, Calzones, Garlic Knots, Caesar Salad, Cannoli’s & Tiramisu Mousse
Tuesday: Mexican: Beef Empanadas, Carne Asada, Chicken Enchiladas, Beans & Rice, Churros Cheesecake bites
Wednesday: Italian – Homemade Pasta! Tomato & Mozzarella Bruschetta, Cheese Ravioli with Alfredo Sauce, Spaghetti w/Meatballs & Cannoli’s
Thursday: Asian Cuisine - Pork Gyoza, Shrimp Eggrolls, Vegetable Stir Fry, Assorted Sushi Rolls & Green Tea Cookies
