Texas Rhapsody Premiere
Texas Rhapsody is an independent film primarily shot in West Texas. It follows the storylines of 3 real people whose stories converge in Big Spring. Georgetown native Sam Pfiester came up with the idea after chance encounters with a pianist from Florida, an immigrant from Nicaragua and an old friend in the oil business. The movie ties these divergent stories together as the paths of these three strangers cross. The promise of America and the desire to capture human stories underlying the ongoing immigration debate is at the core of the film.
