Metamorphosis Dance Presents Ballet Under the Stars!

A long-standing Austin tradition, Ballet Under the Stars brings professional dance out of the theater and into the heart of the community. Audiences are invited to experience an evening of artistry, beauty, and virtuosic dancing under the open sky. This year’s program will feature Act III of The Sleeping Beauty: Aurora’s Wedding, alongside an exciting collection of original works by Metamorphosis Dance’s resident artists and guest choreographers Alyssa Gonzales and Brenda Tally. The performance blends classical elegance with fresh contemporary pieces, offering something for both seasoned ballet lovers and first-time attendees. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs and arrive early to enjoy the park setting before the performance begins. *Rain date is set for May 31st @ 8pm This project is supported in part by an Elevate Grant from Austin Arts, Culture, Music & Entertainment.
