Kids can participate in gymnastics lessons to improve their overall fitness or organize a gymnastics-themed birthday party

• Gymnastics lessons may help improve endurance, strength, flexibility, and coordination
• One month of gymnastics classes includes one class per week
• Class schedule
• Birthday party package includes:
  • One hour of gymnastics time in the gym
  • 30 minutes in our party area
  • A personal, specially trained coach who will organize age-appropriate activities
  • 10 guests; additional guests $15 per child
  • Additional time $30 for 30 minutes
